1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or the Analytics Lens add-on, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or product.

2. Description of service

Analytics Lens is a Google Sheets add-on that connects data sources — advertising, analytics, and commerce platforms — and refreshes them into a Google Sheet on a schedule you choose. Current plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and are subject to change.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Analytics Lens, and you're responsible for the security of your own Google account and any credentials you connect through the add-on.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, to interfere with the service's operation, or to access data sources you're not authorized to connect.

5. Free tier & beta disclaimer

Analytics Lens is under active development. There is no uptime or performance SLA at this stage, and no live checkout/billing flow is active yet — plan CTAs on this site currently route to a "Get in touch" form rather than an automated purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, and the Analytics Lens product itself, remains the property of its creators. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission.

7. Third-party services

Analytics Lens connects to third-party platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads, Search Console, and others) and is distributed via the Google Workspace Marketplace. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Lens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
